At its core, CIO Review’s award is an annual listing of 20 companies that are “at the forefront of tackling customer challenges,” regardless of what those challenges happen to be. For us, we’ve always recognized how important customer experience is (and how fragile it can be) within the context of even the most well established businesses.
In order to increase positive interactions between businesses and their customers, those organizational leaders need to be able to effectively utilize the right metrics at precisely the right moment to empower innovation and drive revenue across the board.
